Refund and returns policy

For physical products, contact us within 30 days of delivery if you’d like to request a return. Items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with any included packaging. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions. Return postage may be your responsibility for a change-of-mind return; if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us and we’ll help resolve it in line with your legal rights.

For digital ebooks, there is no physical item to return. We generally don’t offer change-of-mind refunds after the ebook has been supplied, where permitted by applicable law. If you can’t access your download, the file is faulty, or you were charged incorrectly, contact us so we can put it right.

Refunds, where approved, are made to the original payment method. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
